📦 Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

🔄 Returns & Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags must be attached
Items must be free of excessive pet hair or damage
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once your return is received.
🚫 Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
Customized or made-to-order items
Trucker hats
Cups, tumblers, and glassware
Items marked Final Sale
Sale items or promotional purchases
⚠ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
We do not provide return labels
Returns sent outside the policy window may not be accepted
Items with noticeable wear or excessive pet hair may be partially refunded (up to 50% store credit)
